Warranty/ Service Specialist

Job Skills Required:

  • Operations of Windows 7 or newer
  • Basic Hardware and Software terminology for program updating or implementing
  • Point of Sale System, Inventory and Service Order System
  • Online Warranty Filing//Ordering
  • Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Downloading Data or Photos.
  • Legible and professional communications skills for document and telephone inquiries.
  • Experience in inventory ordering.
  • Experienced in mechanical and electrical terminology for part/service inquiries.
