Summary: Breaks down process racks for preventive maintenance procedures. Repairs and maintains equipment, applying knowledge of mechanics and machine procedures. Repairs all process equipment according to specifications. Maintains all process equipment in good operating condition, which requires following a schedule check.
Knowledge of instrumentation, controls, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance. Strong knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting. Detail oriented. The associate is required to stand, sit, walk, bend, twist, squat and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally life up to 50 lbs. Must have good vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perceptions and ability to focus.
