Must be at least 18 years of age with a HS diploma and demonstration of responsible job experience. Some college education is preferred. Must have excellent communication and leadership skills. Safety training and adventure-base programming knowledge preferred. Must successfully complete paid on-site training and work an apprenticeship on Riverbanks’ zip line course in order to continue employment.

Responsibilities: Under general supervision, works with a team to operate the zip line attraction at Riverbanks. Works with Senior Zip Line Guides and management to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the course and consistent high quality service to all guests. Works with small groups of guests over an extended period of time to facilitate their positive experience. Demonstrates excellent guest service and communication skills. Is comfortable with heights and making judgment calls about guest participation. Reports to the Attractions Supervisor.
