Eaton Corporation Donates $20,000 to PTC Foundation

Officials from Eaton Corporation recently visited the Greenwood campus of Piedmont Technical College (PTC) to present a check for $20,000 to the PTC Foundation specifically to support the college’s engineering technology programs. 

The global producer of power management technologies and services has several facilities in Greenwood and employs many PTC graduates. 

“This generosity is a signature of Eaton Corporation and indicative of its economic development focus on helping build a qualified workforce for advanced manufacturing,” said Fran Wiley, associate vice president for development, PTC Foundation. “We are extremely grateful for Eaton’s continuing support to the Foundation.”
