Seal Art Gallery Established in Abbeville

Deb Hite of Abbeville, right, recently established the Seal Art Gallery at the new Piedmont Technical College Abbeville Campus through a generous donation to the PTC Foundation. The gallery, named in honor of Hite’s father Mack W. Seal, will feature art from Abbeville County residents.
