Wood Fired Pizzas and Breads

Get ready to carb load!  This class will combine some favorites from our breads and pizza classes done before.  We’ll have the wood-fired pizza oven hot and ready for pizza and also use it to cook our naans.  We’ll also do focaccia and a crusty boule loaf traditionally.
