A bachelor's degree and four (4) years of professional experience in a related area such as accounting, auditing, finance or commercial lending; or an approved acceptable equivalence in accordance with State Human Resources Regulations. Excel experience.

Job Description:

Serves as a central point of contact and control for all agency-wide billing activities.
Maintains the agency's invoice schedule. Ensures that all invoices are complete,
accurate and billed in a timely manner. Prepares, calculates, reviews and evaluates
inter-agency and third party invoicing activities. Prepares all SCDOT invoices that
relate to construction or maintenance activities including Sales Tax Projects.
Prepares revenue analysis and budget projections for assigned revenue accounts
including: participation payments, sales of goods and services, insurance claims,
transfers, investment earnings, and other accounts as assigned. Assists Accounts
Receivable Manager in the day to day operations of the department in such tasks as:
quarterly balance sheet reconciliation and calculation of Allowance for Doubtful
Accounts, Debt offset program, and Annual Legislative Report. Serves as back up to
key accounts receivable activities including collection activities and invoicing.
Completes related tasks as assigned by management.

Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday - Friday (8:30 - 5:00)
