Requirements:
- Pursing an A.A. in Accounting or B.S. Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a field related within the industry, or other applicable fields of study as accepted by the Chief Financial Officer.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Description:
- Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
- Input information into Electronic Requisition System.
- Process, print, and distribute purchase orders.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and budget reports.
- Prepare journal entries and monthly invoices for programs.
- Working with bookkeeping software.
- Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.
- All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
