A high school diploma and four (4) years of work experience that is directly related to the area of employment; or an approved acceptable equivalence in accordance with State Human Resources Regulations. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.


A valid Motor Vehicle Operator's License is required.

Job Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


Serves as Office Manager by maintaining all personnel forms and records. Compiles and maintains all forms of correspondence from the Greenwood Construction Office. Acts as timekeeper, using the SCEIS system to verify employee time and leave for accuracy. Tracks and monitors Federal requirements in regards to contractors certified payrolls, DBE goals, and Stage Type Inspections as designated in the project contracts. purchases office equipment and supplies. Maintains records of all equipment and vehicles as assigned to unit, including sales and transfers of equipment; inputs mileage into computer per daily trip logs. Prepares requisitions, purchase orders, receipts and maintains files and records. Maintains all schedules and documentation concerning records retention for the Greenwood Construction Unit. Ensures that proper procedures are followed when retaining or destroying records. Performs other duties as assigned by the Resident Construction Engineer. Procurement Liaison to Resident Maintenance Engineer.
