Requirements:

Bachelor?s degree in a related field, plus two years? relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or Associate degree plus four years? relevant experience in business management, public administrative, or administrative services. Office management/administrative certification and working knowledge of budgeting and financial principles are preferred. Prefer knowledge of State procurement laws, regulations, and policies. Strong presentation documentation and computer skills.

Job Description:

Provides executive level administrative assistance and coordination of special projects supporting the Vice President for Business Affairs. Serves as the College?s Purchasing Card Manager. Manages the office function of Vice President and manages projects that are assigned by the Vice President.

Schedule:
HOURS: 8:00 a.m. ? 5:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday
(1 hour lunch) and 8:00 a.m. ? 1:30 p.m., Friday
