Requirements:

: Associate?s degree or a High School diploma and two (2) years of related work experience required. Bachelor?s Degree with at least two (2) years of related administrative office experience in an educational setting preferred. Selected positions may require the ability to type at a corrected rate of 35-55 wpm and/or basic knowledge of computer operations.

Job Description:

Position will be responsible for designated administrative activities and safety coordination in the Administrative Services Division of the College.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? With input from supervisor, identifies, prioritizes and completes administrative and support tasks in a timely manner.
? Monitor emergency line, dispatch security officers, and initiate 911 calls. Maintain the College?s emergency operations plan to include updating the EOP manual, coordinate safety training and annual drill.
? Coordinates logistics for procurement for the Administrative Services Division according to relevant policies and procedures.
? Serves as a responsive and accurate initial point of contact for administrative services inquiries in person, by phone, and electronically. Performs and maintains procedures to strengthen office efficiency.
? Provides administrative support for the President's Office as requested. Other duties as assigned by supervisor which may include participation in college wide meetings, committees and community service projects. Prepare and maintain specialized records and reports.
