Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma with a minimum of two years? administrative support experience required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Experience in student affairs setting is preferred. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. A valid driver's license and safe driving history.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of administrative operations, processes, techniques and procedures. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to deal effectively and courteously with internal and external contacts. Ability to type, edit, and proof correspondence and prepare reports. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions. Must possess strong technical abilities including but not limited to the use of all social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Description: Provides administrative support, serves as liaison between staff, students, and the Lander community. Assists with daily operations and services provided in the Office of Student Activities. Assists in managing the website and in creating marketing and promotional materials.
Monday ? Friday (some nights and weekends will be required)
