Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with vehicle maintenance needs and service recommendations.
  • Schedule service appointments and help manage daily workflow.
  • Keep customers informed about their vehicle's service status.
  • Work closely with technicians and Service Managers to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
  • Help create a positive, efficient, and welcoming service experience.
  • Support the daily operations of the Express Maintenance department.
  • Learn the responsibilities of an Assistant Service Manager through hands-on training and mentorship.
Job Description:

Ballentine Ford is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Assistant Service Manager to join our growing Express Maintenance team.

This position supports our two Maintenance Assistant Service Managers and offers an outstanding opportunity to learn the automotive service business from experienced professionals. If you're looking for a long-term career with advancement opportunities, this role provides a clear path toward becoming an Assistant Service Manager.

No automotive experience is required—we're looking for the right attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to learn.
