Master's Degree with at least 3 years responsible experience in college admissions, programming, student services, marketing, or related area. Additional qualifications include: experience working with initial recruitment, admission, and matriculation of students, and familiarity with student engagement and persistence programs and strategies. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. A valid driver's license and safe driving history is required.

Job Description:

Provides institutional leadership in the ares of retention, persistence, academic, and enrollment support of all students required to meet institutional strategic goals. That includes the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of an institutional retention strategy. Works as a liaison to the president's cabinet and works collaboratively to improve services to students through the promotion of cooperative working relationships which foster access, persistence, graduation, and career placement. Provides supervision to the director of orientation and the director of veteran services. This position reports to the vice president for enrollment and access management, but is a key appropriate vice president, and other key members of the administrative team.

Monday-Friday: 8:00 am-5:00 pm (over night travel, evening, and weekend required)
