Wages/Salary: OFFER: • Receive College Credit • $500 per pay period paid semi-monthly (15th and 30th of each month). • Additional compensation of $15/hour for billable event hours worked at any EPI event and paid on our normal payroll schedule.

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Business Operations Manager with various HR and Business Operations tasks to include, but not limited to:
    • Onboarding employees – help to ensure all employees are onboarded properly, follow up with new hires to make sure they are in the system and their setup is accurate. 
    • Nowsta (Workforce Management Program) – get familiar with program and assist with system maintenance and data entry.
    • Assisting staff members with hiring initiatives.
    • Monitor job postings to ensure they are always open and active.
    • Developing marketing materials/flyers for job postings/fairs and sales pitches.
    • Monthly Company Newsletter – create content, design, and distribute via payroll system.
    • EPI Instagram account – create account, create and publish approved content.
    • Website Update – review and update website with approved content.
  • Secret Shopper – attend events as a patron to evaluate staff, supervisors, and managers to ensure EPI Dress Code and Code of Conduct are being followed.   
  • Other duties as assigned by Business Operations Manager, VP of Operations, or Owner.
Schedule:
Flexible - minimum 15 hours per week
