We are hiring 2 skilled Chassis Mechanics to support operations at a facility in Charleston, SC.
Primary responsibilities:
-Maintaining trailer chassis by installing and repairing brakes, suspension parts, and pneumatic and hydraulic system parts, modifying, constructing, and repairing frames, metal truck bodies, and trailers
-Installing electric wiring for dome lights, taillights, brake lights, and other equipment, fitting and assembling components using hand tools and portable power tools, spraying or brushing primer or protective coating on wood and metal surfaces
-Other duties as assigned.
