Qualifications and Aptitudes: • Associate Degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. • Children’s Ministry Experience • Ability to work well with MSUMC staff members and deal with conflict in constructive ways. • Demonstrate excellent work ethic in completing tasks, time management, attendance and promptness, or relevant duties as assigned. • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be self-motivated and proven ability to work effectively with children, diverse individuals and volunteers
