What You'll Do:
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of automated and semi-automated machining equipment to ensure smooth production flows
- Lead 5S initiatives, maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment in peak condition and minimize downtime
- Conduct quality checks, identify stops, and troubleshoot issues to adhere to IATF 16949 standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members, assist the Team Lead, and adapt to different areas and shift schedules
- Uphold safety, environmental, and ergonomic standards while fostering a positive team environment
- Support continuous improvement and other operational duties as needed

Nice to Have Skills:

Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Proven machining experience within a manufacturing setting
Other Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical duties such as standing, bending, reaching, and grasping
- Good vision, including color, peripheral, and depth perception
- Use of PPE such as steel-toed shoes and safety glasses in manufacturing areas
- Willingness to work assigned shifts, including overtime, with potential travel requirements
