High school diploma, and one to two years experience in customer service or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (including but not limited to proficiencies in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook). Must demonstrate excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and have the ability to provide consistent, high quality customer service. Must be able to work some weekends and holidays.
Assists in the overall operations of Riverbanks? Communications Center. Responsibilities include answering general information inquiries by phone and email, fielding and directing calls to the appropriate departments, processing, fulfilling and tracking orders and performing accurate data entry. Maintains and promotes excellence in guest relations. Works with various members of the Marketing Department to maximize efficiency of internal and external communications. Reports to the Communications Center Supervisor.
