Requirements:

A high school diploma and experience working with the general public. Position requires working rotating shifts seven days per week. Ability to convey and interpret oral and written communications to and from law enforcement officers and the general public. Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions during stressful situations and emergencies. Ability to read a map. Ability to relate well with the public over the telephone.

Job Description:

Operates communications equipment. Provides information and/or assistance to troopers, law enforcement agencies, maintenance personnel and the general public. Operates radios, teletype, computer-aided dispatch, and other communications equipment to respond to requests for assistance. Provides immediate response to emergency situations.

Schedule:
Rotating Shifts / Full-Time
**This position REQUIRES the employee to work rotating shifts which includes days, nights, weekends and holidays.**
