Clinton, SC distribution center seeks highly motivated, team-work minded CUSTOMER SERVICE representative to help manage a growing textile based importing, manufacturing and distribution business. Responsibilities include EDI and/or manual order intake and allocation as well as communication via phone and email with wholesale and manufacturing customers. Ability to participate in inventory planning is essential for the successful candidate. Various weekly reporting in Excel required. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Customer service experience in a manufacturing, importing or distribution environment and college education preferred but not required for the right candidate. Must be competent in Excel, Outlook and internet navigation. AS400 or other mainframe and EDI experience a plus. Competitive pay and full benefits including health insurance and 401K.
