Job Description:

Anyone Home, Inc. is expanding to Greenville, South Carolina! We are looking to hire energetic, fun, and professional Associates who enjoy speaking on the phone and working in a casual non-traditional business setting. Anyone Home invites those who appreciate a good sense of humor to apply! We are a dynamic, fun and growing Technology based Contact Center who services various investment real estate and property management companies by assisting their prospective renters by taking the struggle out of finding a new home.
Starting Date: 12/12/16
Salary: Depending On Experience (DOE). Starting pay is at $11.00.
Bonus Plan: Up to $3,000 per year ($250.00 per month).
Based on your performance and excellent attendance.
Weekly Bonus: $50.00 per week for the ?Call of the Week?.
Monthly Bonus: Cash Prizes for ?MVP of the Month?.

Opportunity: Our goal is to mentor, coach and lead employees to leadership roles. Hours/Shifts: Full-Time. Various shifts offered starting at 5:00 am. Hours will slightly vary on aweekly basis depending on the business needs. Flexibility is key for advancementAnd one (1) weekend day is required. Availability for both weekends days is open.This position includes a mandatory paid 2 week training program which is a requirement of the employment.The training schedule is on a traditional "office hours" schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. with a lunch break.If you are looking for part-time employment and are not able to make the training, we will not be able to consider you for this opportunity.

The schedule is established once a job offer has been made. We are open 7 days a week from 5AM to 8PM and each associate will be responsible for working 1 weekend day per week with a day off during the week.
