Master?s degree with at least three years responsible experience in college admissions, programming, student services, marketing,or related area. Additional qualifications include: direct experience with the planning and execution of recruitment outreach/strategies. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required.
The Division of Enrollment and Access Management is charged with efforts surrounding the recruitment, enrollment, matriculation, and successful persistence of students at Lander University. The Global Outreach and Online Enrollment leads the University?s effort in coordinating enrollment strategies for online and non-traditional enrollment as well as enrollment marketing strategies for targeted global markets. The Director reports to the Vice President for Enrollment and Access Management.
