Minimum and Additional Requirements
Faculty teaching associate degree courses designed for transfer to the baccalaureate degree: Master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in ENG/ENGL prefix courses.
Preferred Qualifications
Teaching experience at the two-year college level is preferred.
Teach college courses in English, participate in curriculum and instructional material development, assessment functions to include program learning outcomes and student learning outcomes, student advisement responsibilities, enrollment and registration, student recruitment and retention activities, participate in college outreach activities, college committees, community service, and other assigned duties. Participate in departmental, division, and college planning sessions in actively reaching and communicating the college's mission and goals, and professional development activities.
