Wages/Salary: $65,000 – $ 95,000 annually
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree and at least 3 years of supervisory/management experience including budget and volunteer management. We seek strong knowledge of alumni and/or related programs including benchmarking/data analysis. Candidate must have a demonstrated track record of successful management of multiple projects. Superior interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to details. A valid driver's license and safe driving history. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must be energetic, self-motivated and goal-oriented with superior writing and public speaking/presentation skills. Must have the analytical skills to manage and evaluate programs and needs, ability to work effectively with diverse staff and constituencies, leadership and management skills and ability to build cooperation and teamwork. Must be resourceful and creative in developing new and innovative programs.
The Executive Director is the ranking administrator responsible for the long-range, strategic vision of the Lander Alumni Association. Responsible for the overall administration with emphasis on relationship building, fundraising and fulfillment of the Lander University Alumni Association mission. Candidate will actively participate in local civic, trade, and professional events to promote Lander, alumni, and events.
Position Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Includes nights and weekends and frequent travel
