Basic Qualifications:
?Masters Degree in Human Resources or an MBA
?Two (2) years of human resources generalist experience
Position Criteria:
?Knowledge of state and federal employment and EEO laws, employee benefits administration, salary administration concepts and policies, employee relations and communications, recruitment and selection, occupational safety and health, and plant security programs.
?Customer focus and interpersonal skills

Job Description:

Plan, develop, & administer a variety of major human resources management programs for the company including employment, wage & salary administration, employee communications, employee training and staff development, benefits, plant security, & other related human resources activities; coordinate & monitor activities to ensure compliance of programs with all applicable state & federal laws, regulations & guidelines as well as conforming with Eaton corporate human resources management policies and procedures. Position is a Human Resources business partner to a critical segment of the operation.
