Ability to lift 100 lbs.; valid drivers? license required; knowledge of safety practices of Wesley Commons. Must be able to climb ladders, crawl under homes, and work on roofs. Must be able to occasionally work in outside weather conditions and will occasionally be exposed to wet/and or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, and vibration.
Perform routine maintenance duties to include repair, maintenance, machinery, tools and equipment, painting, maintenance of buildings, for the residents of Wesley Commons in an efficient manner.
On-call 5:00 p.m., Friday - 8:00 a.m., Sunday
