High School diploma; Must be able to travel to the NWTF National Convention in Nashville, TN which takes place February 8-14, 2016; Valid Drivers License; Must occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds. Preferred Qualifications include Ability to multi-task; Ability to work under pressure; Exceptional attention to detail, demonstrates poise, tact and diplomacy.
Provide support to the Special Sales Coordinator and the Vice President of Corporate Partnerships with the National Wild Turkey Federation?s Convention and Sports Show.
Job responsibilities include assistance in entering, maintaining and completion of Exhibitor Contracts, assistance in Maintenance and tracking billing for Exhibitors,
assisting with preparation and delivery of correspondence for Exhibitors, aiding Exhibitors with sign in and set up, assisting with Exhibitor appointments for the 2017 Convention, helping complete follow-up information and finalizing the current Convention and assisting with information for the following convention.
