Requirements:
- 1 year Customer Service Experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and general computer use
- Organizational, planning and prioritization skills
- Able to work 25-40 hours per week, nights, weekends and holidays
Job Description:
- Welcome and greet guests and visitors making them feel comfortable and valued during their stay.
- Guest check-in/checkout.
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
- Answer questions and address issues.
- Write work orders for maintenance issues.
- Light cleaning and housekeeping of the office area.
- Answer all incoming calls and emails and redirect them to the appropriate department head.
- Keep updated records and files on customer and group accounts.
- Prepare daily closing paperwork.
- Take on other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Schedule:
-11:00pm-7:00am
-Nights, weekend and holidays may be required.
