Requirements:
  • 1 year Customer Service Experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and general computer use
  • Organizational, planning and prioritization skills
  • Able to work 25-40 hours per week, nights, weekends and holidays
Job Description:
  • Welcome and greet guests and visitors making them feel comfortable and valued during their stay.
  • Guest check-in/checkout.
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
  • Answer questions and address issues.
  • Write work orders for maintenance issues.
  • Light cleaning and housekeeping of the office area.
  • Answer all incoming calls and emails and redirect them to the appropriate department head.
  • Keep updated records and files on customer and group accounts.
  • Prepare daily closing paperwork.
  • Take on other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Schedule:
-11:00pm-7:00am
-Nights, weekend and holidays may be required.
