Operations/Production Supervisor

Position Summary

Lead production operations for 1 to 2 food manufacturing lines during 12-hour shifts, managing up to 30 employees while delivering exceptional safety, quality, service, and efficiency results.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operations and food safety compliance
• Drive quality and KPI performance
• Manage staffing, training, and employee development
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Warehouse teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred. Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Green Belt, Black Belt, or similar continuous improvement certifications preferred. 3-5 years manufacturing leadership experience required.

Compensation

Salary range: $60,000-$75,000 annually based on experience, education, and qualifications.
