(Seasonal): This position performs routine duties related to the Uptown Market and Interactive Fountain operations and maintenance and assists the Uptown Market Manager as requested. Park Attendants are seasonal positions (May - September) . Most incumbents work part-time, but may be assigned to full-time duty. Incumbents may be assigned to specific programs or asked to provide extra help during special City of Greenwood events. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age. This position reports to the Uptown Market Manager.
Duties include cleaning restrooms, maintaining pool chemicals, and monitoring public use of the splash pad to ensure the rules are followed. Other duties may be assigned as needed- using leaf blower, hosing off cement or furniture, assisting with set up at the farmers market, etc.
