- Requisition Processing: printing out requisitions and back-up for PO assignment and approval by Procurement Manager.
- Purchase Order Processing: Scanning and emailing completed Purchase Order copies to requestors after they have been completed and approved by the Procurement Manager.
- Manage on-line file of scanned PO’s and back-up.
- Complete requested PO change orders as directed by Procurement Manager.
- Complete all PO closing requests as directed by Procurement Manager.
- Assist with clerical needs as related to bid processing
- Assign records retention control numbers
- Assist with the completion of the Records Storage Forms
- Process Record Storage Forms as they are submitted
- Assist with documentation and process of records destruction as directed by Procurement Manager
- Work with Postal Courier to assist with monthly shredding pick-up
- Fleet Fuel Card Creation as directed by Procurement Manager
- Assist with Property and Liability Insurance Claim management as directed by Procurement Manager.
- Assist with Student Insurance Claim management as directed by the Procurement Manager
- Assist with filing of:
- Certificates of Insurance
- Purchase Orders
- Purchasing Card files
- Shred Receipts
- Insurance Claims
- Bid Documents
