· Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills that demonstrate a proven ability to develop relationships with a range of internal and external customers
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. The employee is regularly exposed to ambient lighting and temperate climate conditions.

 

Job Description:

Job Duties: -

 ·         Enter accurate and timely SAP requisitions for the project team

·         Retrieve SAP equipment information and details

·         Prepare Equipment Information forms for the SAP Administrator

·         Compile project data and work with MRE team members to ensure items are entered into the stock evaluation process accordingly

·         Maintain weekly time log for project hourly team members

·         Prepare work orders and ensure project coordinators have onsite clearance documents completed prior to location arrival

·         Compile monthly project business metrics and reports for monthly close

·         Compile daily, weekly and monthly reporting for the project team

·         Participate in project design meetings and report maintenance issues to the team

·         Participate in resolving potential problems and issues

·         General administrative support including, but not limited to, vendor visits, catering and meeting arrangements, ensure printers are functional and arrange for technical support as needed
