This position is responsible to ensure that proper protocol is followed for:
? Product Release
? RM and ingredient specification
? Calibration program
? Manage the HOLD/ REWORK process
? MICRO Program swabs and sampling
? Updating labels
? Ensure Food Safety requirements are followed
? Must have knowledge of GMPs and HACCP
? Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
The qualified candidate preferably will possess a B.S. in Biology or related field, however experience will be considered. Candidate must have at least one to two years of experience preferably working in a food manufacturing or similar environment.
