Quality Assurance Technician

Job Overview:

As a Quality Assurance Technician, maintain quality standards by reviewing and approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products, recording quality results. Re-inspected any previously identified defects for improved quality standards before shipment to the customer.

• Inspect and scrutinize each step involved in the manufacturing process according to organizational standards

• Approve and confirm specifications of incoming materials and reject them in case they don’t meet the required standard.

• Inspect procedures and ensure that they follow the standard safety and healthcare guidelines if applicable.

• Identify critical problems and troubleshoot them accordingly.

• Approve that the finished casting conforms with set standards.

• Document and report non-conformance and ensure continuous quality improvement.

• Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations.

• Maintain the Quality Alert process.

• Attention to detail/high-quality expectations.
