Must have HS Diploma, an associate Business Degree preferred.

A preference to work with people, meet new people daily and deal with monetary transactions.
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Internet Explorer
The ability to organize and prioritize work.
A willingness and ability to learn and use work flows and word tracks.
The ability to foster and create a favorable first impression on walk in and phone in customers.
Must be a team player.
Must pass background check

Job Description:

This position involves greeting walk-in customers warmly and creating a favorable first impression for walk-in and phone in customers;
Answering the phone in two rings or less, using the agency word track;
Processing insurance premium payments for customers;
Inquiring of customers as to their reason for their visit and directing the customer to the proper office representative (or handling their service need personally if possible);
On all contacts, reviewing the policyholder?s records and determining if they need records updated, a Insurance and Financial Review, or other service and offering that additional service;

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:30 am- 5:30 pm
Rotation of Saturdays from 9-12
