A bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs. 

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in Student Personnel Services, Education, Counseling, Social Work, or a similar field.

Job Description:

The Student Disability Services Coordinator (SDS) is responsible for assessing students' eligibility for disability services and for coordinating any needed accommodations, ensuring that the college is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.  The SDS Coordinator provides personal and academic counseling to students, advises students in course selection, and works collaboratively with faculty and staff to provide intervention strategies for students needing study skills assistance.
