Minimum and Additional Requirements 
Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of two years of full-time experience in an educational environment is required.

Preferred Qualifications 
Master’s degree preferred.

Job Description:

Provide comprehensive support for all dual enrollment activities, including articulation, admissions, and retention. Participate in recruitment activities as needed.
Organize and make presentations to district high schools within Piedmont Technical College service area. Meet with potential new prospective dual enrollment students, parents, and high school officials, distribute dual enrollment information, and respond to inquiries.
Provide new dual enrollment student admissions advising. Verify students are placed in appropriate courses to earn high school credit as well as credits toward their college degree. Assist prospective dual enrollment students with the Piedmont Technical College Dual Enrollment application and registration process. Provide academic progress reports to partnering school officials for each Dual Enrollment student within assigned territories. Assist with other department responsibilities as assigned by the director. Routinely requires moderate (up to 40 pounds) lifting and carrying. Routinely requires walking, standing, sitting, kneeling, stooping, reaching up, twisting, and bending. Ability to drive a college vehicle; position will require travel to partnering schools, district offices, and Piedmont Technical College satellite campuses for Dual Enrollment purposes.
