MINIMUM AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma plus one year of experience in support & troubleshooting of computer equipment, office automation systems, and installation of hardware and software.
Experience with hardware troubleshooting, malware eradication, strong familiarity with computer imaging; Windows 10 and previous versions; experience maintaining computers in a Windows domain environment.
The employee will be required to support a variety of technologies such as: imaging solutions, software installations, malware eradication, lab deployments, hardware repairs, and various classroom technologies. The employee must have good organizational skills, have excellent troubleshooting skills, an ability to work well with others, must be able to multi-task, manage a constant flow of assignments under supervised and unsupervised situations, and have the ability to make detailed notes. The employee must have reliable transportation, able to climb a ladder, walk extended distances, and have the ability to frequently lift 20 pounds above head level.
