Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Specialist to join our team. As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is a vital role in ensuring the success and growth of our organization.
Duties:
- Design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels
- Develop curriculum and training materials to support various learning objectives
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies and procedures
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
- Utilize adult education principles to create engaging and interactive training sessions
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, and technology requirements
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce learning outcomes
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Assist with other HR initiatives as needed
