Piedmont Technical College honors graduates chosen as county award winners

Outstanding graduates of Piedmont Technical College (PTC) received county academic awards during the 2026 Spring commencement ceremonies on May 12 in the Finis Horne Arena at Lander University.

The awards are given to graduates of diploma and associate degree programs with the highest grade-point averages in their counties within PTC’s service area.
County award winners included:

Abbeville County - Austin Collins
Greenwood County - Mya Atten, Aubrey Holland, Calvin Livingston, T’Niya Williams
Laurens County - Viviana Andres Juan, Mariza Andres Manuel, Andres Juan, Ruth Henderson, Antavia Massey, Jaylen Steele
Newberry County - Andrew Bussey, Osmar Gonzalez Jeronimo, Jacob Lindler, Karen Martinez Alderete, Mahki McCray, Sarah Murry, Zoe Reid, Walter Shealy
