Student Support Services, a TRiO Federal Grant Program, helps people from families with incomes under $24,000 (where neither parent graduated from college) to stay in college until they earn their baccalaureate degree. Participants, who include disabled college students, receive tutoring, counseling and remedial instruction.
The Student Support Services Veterans (SSSV) Program at Piedmont Technical College is a federal TRiO program funded by the Department of Education to serve 60 Veteran students each academic year. This program provides services and support to Veteran students that will assist in student success and persistence towards graduation.
