Basic Skill 2 Successful Party

Whether you’re planning to tailgate at your favorite event or hosting a dinner party, a successful party depends on planning. The purpose of this course is to teach you to plan well to be able to enjoy the event itself (and serve a safe meal as well). We will cover planning, purchasing, prepping, and safety while doing a number of example dishes. Easy to use planning templates will be provided.
