This course consists of a 2-day training event, followed by a personal coaching session with a Certified Clifton Strengths Coach. Participants in this certificate program will:
• Be introduced to Behavioral Styles and discuss how they influence professional relationships and results
• Discuss how the different Conflict Modes of the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Model can be used effectively in service and retail settings
• Learn and practice processes and strategies for Communicating Effectively and Communicating Assertively
• Discuss critical concepts to identify customer needs, then plan and deliver exceptional Customer Service to meet those needs
• Learn and practice how to Coach and Counsel team members and identify and plan opportunities for developing team member skills
• Review and discuss their Clifton Strengths Assessment with a Certified Strengths Coach and learn a strategic approach to help capitalize on their strengths
