Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree + 1 yr related work experience; or an associate degree + 3 yrs related work experience; or HS diploma + 5 yrs related work experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience in Healthcare
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Job Description:

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES In this challenging role, you will support the EHS/CCD department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following:
-Performs administrative support for Healthcare programs and program managers including but not limited to course creations, assembling and maintaining new student packets, preparing student files, ordering, assembling and maintaining course materials, reserving and verifying room reservations and verification of instructor coverage.
-Obtains and coordinates admission requirements; obtains and coordinates clinical documents for clinical externship; obtains, coordinates and track student attendance in each section.
-Maintains program files for budgetary, record retention and audit purposes; tracks student payment plans and follows up on outstanding balances; interfaces and coordinates invoices and documentation for all sponsoring agencies; maintains student files for record audits and clinical requirements; runs reports for criminal background check; maintains course core curriculum for accreditation.
-Performs general marketing tasks for program offerings including the bi-annual Healthcare Open Houses; updates all course marketing material as well as the website; interfaces and interviews potential candidates for the program. Prepares, organizes, and participates in Career Talk events.
