Job Description:

Provides clerical and administrative support, maintaining supplies and equipment, picking up and delivering items and serving customers to maintain an efficient office environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare outgoing mail and packages for distribution
  2. Fax, scan and copy documents and medical records
  3. Maintain office filing and storage system
  4. Assist with event planning and implementation
  5. Monitor and maintain office supplies and assist with ordering supplies
  6. Perform work related errands as requested
  7. Keep office area clean and tidy
  8. Reports to Office Manager or Administrator (depending on size of the office)
  9. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
  10. Coordinate with team leaders in arranging meeting
  11. Transport goods from one location to another. This includes mail delivery, equipment, supplies, packages and more
  12. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
