Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus three years of relevant work experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or an associate’s degree plus five years of relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation, auditing, retail management, State procurement policies, and supervisory experience.

Job Description:

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for a variety of College functions, including vending, food service, and ATM contracts, Risk Management, internal auditing, maintaining facility reports and databases, scheduling events/rooms, managing projects, handling student financial issues, along with other projects assigned by the Vice President of Business Affairs.

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.,
Monday - Thursday
(1 hour lunch)
8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., Friday
