A high school diploma and four (4) years of experience that is directly related to the area of employment; or an approved acceptable equivalence in accordance with State Human Resources Regulations.

A valid Motor Vehicle Operator's License is required.

Job Description:

Conducts field inspections on all contracts or permits requiring firm understanding of technical aspects including, traffic control, concrete, asphalt, earthwork, environmental, and safety practices. Computes and compiles quantities involved in roadway and bridge construction. Enters data into computer deficiencies. Operates level and level rod to determine elevations and line of sight. Verifies contractor's stake out work. Performs other duties as required by supervisor.
