Requirements:

Minimum Requirements: A bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a University Registrar's office. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Registrar's office. Knowledge of FERPA. Excellent problem solving skills necessary. Additional qualifications include: strong communication ability, proficiency in modern computer skills, strong organizational abilities, ability to work independently as needed, and a willingness to travel and work flexible hours including occasional evenings and Saturdays. A valid driver's license and safe driving history. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics.

Preferred Requirements: Master’s Degree

Job Description:

The Associate Registrar will supervise, direct and manage graduation certification activities and all commencement ceremony activities. Manage the Degree Evaluation module (CAPP). Process Course/Substitution/Waiver forms. Effectively use the resources of the National Student Loan Clearinghouse partnership to process verification of enrollments and degree verifications. Work with Student Affairs, Alumni Office, and Herff Jones regarding the spring ring ceremony. Take charge of the office in the absence of the Registrar.

Schedule:
8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
