High school diploma required. College degree preferred. 2-5 years of guest service in the hospitality, amusement, or recreation industry. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a very high standard for service. Must be enthusiastic, a team player, and possess thorough knowledge of current computer applications. Must be able to work on feet all day and in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs.
The Attractions Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that Riverbanks? attractions venues are ready for daily operation and are maintained to the highest standards for safety, cleanliness, and guest service. Acts as hands-on, front-line facilitator who is empowered to correct problems and handle guest concerns on the spot. The Attractions Supervisor carries out all personnel related duties for their employees including: hiring, discipline, coordinating schedules, training and mentoring senior staff members. Conducts routine inspections of all attractions, stocks supplies, and reviews safety protocols. Acts as a role-model of outstanding guest service and works to support the attractions team so they, in turn, can provide our guests with the best possible experience. Reports to the Attractions Manager.
